I'm a paragraph. The Peach Kings - Be Around music video directed by Paul Trillo, is another unusual music videos and features a technique unseen in many mainstream music videos. The technique involves using silhouettes of people as masks over videos of landscapes and other various shots, the videos in the background enforce the title of the song "Be Around" as many locations are used. There is also an element of performance in the video as the silhouettes are singing the words, the video is not particularly interesting and the performance does not add much to the video, however, I thought that the technique used was rather interesting. While I cannot see us using this technique, it was interesting to see done and I could see us using it if it were for another genre of music or a different song. If we were to reproduce this music video or give criticism towards it I would suggest that it needs something more to captivate the audience, perhaps an element of narrative or an underlying storyline to connect with the lyrics of the song. Aesthetically the video is attractive, however there is nothing aside from that there is nothing that connects the audience to the video or would make you want to continue watching.
