In order to research our target audience, we used a short questionnaire via a website, this made it easier to collate and review information. The survey gives a lot of insight into the most popular opinions and also some help towards our other research areas such as the music video analysis. Below are a number of questions contained in the survey and some replies to those.
Using this question in our servey helped us determine what style of music video our target audience most preffered, and found the majority of the audience preferred a mix of both narrative and performance style in a music video. This is useful because if the one of the other options had a higher answer rate then we would have to consider using more of one aspect than the other in our music video.
